Lately, I’ve been wasting some of my time on Pinterest. I think it’s a very interesting social media. The algorithm feels like it’s really trying to satisfy your interests. In my case, I was looking for the vibe of the 20s of the previous century because I became pretty much obsessed with the Jazz Age era F. S. Fitzgerald was presenting in his stories. And Pinterest gave me exactly what I wanted, but once I started to spend only a little more time here, once I started to go there only a little more regularly there, once it started to feel like it is becoming a habit, the content started changing pretty rapidly and into something that, even though didn’t surprise me, for sure disappointed me a little. It was so easy as in any other social media network to get into the realm of soft-core porn. Which wasn’t what I was looking for, and yet, as a natural instinct of a human it is to reproduce, the Pinterest algorithm of course takes this into his account. At least it is a warning for me to not go waste here too much time, only from time to time to jump here for inspiration from a specific vibe. Anyway, here are some cool pins I’ve stumbled upon…
